Lay Down Sally

Here is the V Berth taking shape. There will be storage under these beds.  Blue and white cushions on top. Dalton is really doing a bang up job.

Please be seated!

Rear seat frame now installed around gas tank access openings for battery and storage cut. Will have a hinged seat back with removeable cushions top and bottom. Inside the cabin framing has been started for the V berth. Will have lift up surface wood for storage all around. Here are photos of the intrepid boat builder Dalton and his faith companion Luka. Ever seen a husky with those colors before? Neat eye coloring as well. Very cool.

Now this is im-PROP-er

Had Marty's Racecars turn the prop spacer and thrust washer to fit a small ear Mercury chopper prop. I had to drill out some splines to make the chopper fit an OMC. Nose cone has been fitted the lower unit and skeg dressed. Currently working on the cosmetic restoration for the motor.

I'm floored

Dalton has been very busy laying down the new floor. 3/4 inch marine plywood is quite expensive. Got the best flotation foam that money could buy. It is all placed in voids under the floor leaving a pathway for water to run back. The gas tank has been fitted. Rear seat framing in place. Next up the cabinet framing. All has been sealed underneath with two part epoxy.

Dalton has been busy drilling holes. We now have motor well drain and control hole. LOL, get it??!?! Measured for 9 feet of cable. So now I can restore the control box.
